Modern villa with basement, solarium and private pool in Pilar de la Horadada

The project presents contemporary villas on two floors, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a solarium and a spacious basement/garage. The open and bright living area combines the kitchen, dining area and lounge in a single space, with large windows that open onto the terrace and private pool area. The master bedroom, with private bathroom is also on the ground floor, as well as a guest toilet. There is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. The internal stairs lead to the solarium, where the Costa Blanca climate can be enjoyed all year ‘round. Each villa includes a basement/garage that can be reached by internal stairs within the villa. The basement can be accessed by the community underground ramp.

The villas include pre-installation for A/C in the lounge and bedrooms, underfloor heating throughout the villa, fitted wardrobes, garden with artificial grass, private pool, and basemnet/garage. Depending on the stage of construction, and for an additional cost, it is possible to customise the villa by adding extra upgrades.
